Learn the basics of dulcimer playing on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 5:30pm; be sure and reserve your spot by stopping by the Sardinia Library or phoning in at 937-446-1565.

Are you ready to see the “Great American Eclipse?” The Cincinnati Observatory wants to help you prepare to view it safely with the Sardinia Library on Monday, April 1, 2024, at 5:30pm, with their program “Eclipses.” Students of all ages will learn about the different types of eclipses, why they happen, and what makes them special. Don’t get left in the dark as this type of event doesn’t happen every day!

What could be better than a relaxing evening of painting while sipping a refreshing drink? Enjoy some nonalcoholic cocktails while following along with certified Bob Ross painting instructor Gary Waits. Mocktails and Masterpieces will be hosted at Sardinia Library on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 5-9pm.

Don’t leave learning about the solar eclipse up in the air! Danielle Thompson from the Brown County Soil & Water District visits the Sardinia Library for a special Storytime on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 10am. Danielle will teach kids (ages 1-5) about the safe way to have fun with this year’s astronomical daytime event.

The Village of Sardinia’s Hope and Promise Community Development Foundation is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 10:30am at Sardinia Veterans Park. Sardinia Library will be open and provide crafts and refreshments during the egg hunt. Be sure to stop by for all the holiday fun!
