Not sure what to do with food scraps? Don’t just toss them out or send them down the disposal. Compost them! Learn how to compost and the benefits of doing so at Sardinia Library’s compost workshop. On Monday, November 15, 2021 at 5pm, Danielle Thompson of the Brown County Solid Waste Authority and Rachel Brown of Adams Brown Recycling define composting, tell you how to do it, and describe its many benefits.
