Blaming the famous gunfighter Wild Bill Hickock for the death of his brother, Ira Drang vows to hunt down and kill him. Needing money for his pursuit of Wild Bill, Ira takes the job of shotgun messenger on the Cheyenne to Deadwood stage. The stage is held up just out of Cheyenne--by Ira's longtime rival, who knows his daughter's killer is on that stage. Ira understands all to well that nothing will stop this man--because nothing will stop Ira's pursuit of the man called Hickock.
