If you've got a short story lurking in the cupboard, skulking around in the basement, or prowling about in the woods why don't you see where it takes you to write down for the Mt. Orab Library's Scary Story Writing Contest? Give us your ookiest, spookiest scary short stories! And don't fret, all ages are welcome with their own age categories: kids, teens, and adults. Submission period is open from September 11, 2023 to October 21, 2023. Submissions (4 pages maximum) can be mailed or dropped off at the Mt. Orab Library branch at 613 S. High St. Mt. Orab, OH 45154, or sent in by email to bcplmto@gmail.com. Please, include your name and contact information with your document. Winners will be announced on October 31, 2023 at our Halloween Party! Get your spook on, if you dare.
