Did you know that you can check out the Internet? The Brown County Public Library has WiFi hotspots available to loan to cardholders. These mobile hotspots are perfect for people who lack Internet access at home, need WiFi coverage while they are switching internet providers, or even for taking on a road trip.
COVID testing just got more convenient! All Brown County Public Library locations are now distributing at-home COVID-19 test kits. These tests are free of charge, and may be picked up curbside while the library is open, or from a locker when the library is closed.
Have you missed weekend access to your local library? Wait no longer, the library is now open on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm, no appointments necessary. Come in to browse, or call ahead to pick up your items anytime with our new locker service.
Brown County Public Library now has free COVID-19 Take Home Test Kits available for you and your family. Test kits are distributed curbside via tables or lockers. Test kits are not for people who are already feeling sick. You should see a healthcare professional if you feel unwell. These tests are to ensure that you are not a contagion threat to others (ie. travel, work, visiting family). Call ahead to arrange to pick up a test kit and take it home to have ready for you or a family member to use just in case there’s a need.
