The Brown County Public Library is taking proactive steps to maintain materials and services during this period of uncertain federal and state funding to libraries. Effective Wednesday, April 16, 2025, monthly Hoopla limits for Brown County Public Library users will change from 12 to 10 borrows per card holder.
